I’ve had the most DISAPPOINTING experience with CBRE. As an owner, in expecting the benefits of their scale and network, but consistently found across multiple interactions, their focus remained on protecting the firm’s interests rather than delivering for the client or even cooperating with outside brokers. It’s left me preferring to work with smaller, more relationship-driven firms going forward. I wouldn’t RECOMMEND and please save yourself the headache of working with CBRE.
I spoke with Maddy Nagley, Hope Hutson, and Kyle Kenyon briefly via email regarding a commercial space. They asked several questions, I responded right away, and then communication stopped. I’ve sent two follow-up emails over the last three months and still haven’t received a reply. It is unprofessional when a potential tenant is actively requesting information and does not hear back.
