Frank Sherwood - CBRE My wife and I had the opportunity to work with Frank recently. He was very responsive to our questions and concerns. He responded very quickly, even at late night. He responded promptly over the weekend and holidays. Frank is very knowledgeable, punctual and very polite. As a person representing us Frank Sherwood stood above the rest.
Our family was selling a portfolio of investment property in Minneapolis in 2018. CRBE came up with a list value just over 7 million. With a closed arm deal, months later we got an offer of just under 11 million, this transaction closed in 2019. Appraisal came in just around 9.5 million. True story with court records to back thankfully we were not forced to do business with CBRE agents.

I rent form this company and I’ve never had an owner so responsive to anything needed- Keith is the best!!! Ive been in the same apartment for several years and it’s older so things happen- but when they do he gets it done and does it the right way.
