Dealing with Anthony DeLorenzo and Debbie Tolton was okay, but not the greatest. I had to ask for the security deposit back, but they actually returned it. That's rare. They never maintained anything. When we asked them to they ignored us nine times out of ten. The day we all moved out, everything we'd been requesting for months was fixed that morning. Criminal. They make your paychecks difficult to read because they are cheating you out of pay.the management team is lacking knowledge but get promoted because of on line degrees no real world shot lots of retards running the show. Unskilled and uneducated leaders they are desperate
Jeff Casper is one of the best in the business. After showing me several spaces, he helped me locate a perfect fit and I could not be happier. He was attentive and punctual and assisted with proposing terms to the property manager that were suitable for both parties. I would highly recommend him if you are looking for commercial space.
