My heater wasn't coming on, I received a call back early this morning and they came out right away. They took their time looking into problem. They explained everything in detail. They were nice and professional. Highly recommend CBM.

Moved to current address 4 months ago. Technicians were very informative re: HVAC parts and maintenance. This was a contracted biannual visit. Worked efficiently and cleanly. Techs were very cordial and polite and wore shoe coverings without asking. We inquired about replacing current Honeywell temp controller. They were kind enough to say they had an updated model on in the truck and replaced it although not part of their original call. They patiently explained how to use its functions. water heater not heating the water. The technical team in and evaluated the issue. They ordered the part that came in the next day and the technical team installed it. I had a hot shower again!! The company kept me aware of every step. I am very happy with the service. The cost was reasonable with the time duration of the service. I also received my yearly heater maintenance at the same time.
