I called CBM because the blade from the fan on my outside unit snapped in the middle of the night. I left a message and they responded promptly. They were out that morning with the part and AC was up and running in less than an hour. Good thing too because we were in the middle of a scorching heat wave. Their technician Eddie was excellent and very friendly. Not only would I recommend CBM...I will not use anyone else for my future needs pertaining to HVAC. Thank you Carl, Eddie and everyone at your wonderful company. Len

I just called for an emergency appointment for my sister because my brother in law has COPD and is on oxygen. CBM answered my call right away. I explained the situation, and CBM came within 10 minutes. I really appreciate the service.

I’ve worked with this CBM three separate times over the past couple years, and each experience has been excellent. About two years ago, I first called them for a heating system service which quickly restored the heat in my home. Later, they came out to repair a worn-out pole contactor. Most recently, a busted coil caused a leak that led to a full AC system replacement—and they handled it all flawlessly. 7/2021 From the owner answering the call at 7:30 in the morning to the person who came out to service my AC, nothing but courtesy and professionalism. Service person was efficient & fixed my AC quickly. I would definitely use them again for any heating and air conditioning needs. Updating 4/2025 - experienced the same amazing service!
