During the most recent Cold. Period we experienced our heater breaking down and not working. Our neighbor recommended CBM who sent a worker to assess our problem and less than one hour time. They were here. After assessing what was wrong with our heater and ordering the replacement part we were told that we would hear from them shortly afterwards, and someone would come. To replace the part, another worker was sent to our home with the part that we need it before 3 PM. Our heater was up and running. The price was satisfactor... read more
Recently had heat out. called CBM got (Robot answering service for 2 days with no result} Finally made contact with owner Carl after 2 days of no heat. After speaking with him service was restored within 1 hour. Thank you Carl
