The staff here is SUPER rude and unprofessional, I would never recommend it. After your staff learns basic customer service I would consider starting a business.
We have used Duane and his team to clean our home carpets for at least 7 years. Once, in an emergency, they helped clean up wet carpet from a backed up basement floor drain and left fans here for a week to fully dry things out. Other times they've just done the high traffic areas in our bedrooms, living room, and stairs to clean and freshen up the carpeting. We used CBM to clean our business and residence 2 years ago. When I called to schedule a cleaning today, they woman very exceptionally rude. She said she couldn't find the business cleaning under my name or address but could find the residence. When she read the details of the residence cleaning to me, I informed her that it seemed that the technician had lumped the two together.
