This was my first apartment that I had by myself. Ms. Shirley was so helpful and units are clean and well kept. My rent went up by $15 in the third year I was there before I moved out. The duplexes are scattered in the area so you may not be in an optimal area to walk. I never felt unsafe or “bamboozled”. Laundry is at the main office however there is a laundromat either up or down the hill which is 5-10minutes away.
