CBIZ provided exceptionally poor service and exhibited a lack of professionalism. They refused to answer straightforward inquiries about the corporation, which is unacceptable behavior. It is concerning that a company that engages in questionable practices can then respond with hostility when questioned. Alex’s behavior is not appropriate in any professional setting. I strongly advise against recommending CBIZ to anyone or any corporation.
Amazing service
Trying to rollover my 401k from this company is like pulling teeth. Don't answer phone, don't return email, finally got a hold of one guy last year who promised to take care of everything and send forms to me, never received a thing. IDK if they can help but the only possible step I can think of is a complaint with the Ohio Attorney General's office.
