Chris helped us when we first purchased our brand new home and was very informative on how to take care of our new house. He was able to catch a lot of things our first inspector did not catch and we were able to get it taken care of before signing for our new home. He was also able to save us money by giving us tips on our new sprinkler system. Being a first time home buyer I felt relieved having his help. Chris was very focused throughout the inspection and did not leave one thing out! He was also very warm yet professional and efficient! I will definitely be using him again in the future! I also plan the refer my home buying friends to him! Thanks for everything!
I hope that who ever uses this company gets better instructions and then I did. Because of the inspector that came to my house and did my inspection, the stuff that needed fixing or touched up doesn't get taken care of because the inspector didn't feel the need to inform me (first time home buyer) that after his inspection I had to send in my report. And now I am past due on my warranty. DON'T EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!
