We have used CBI for many years. Todd is always professional, on time and is great with our clients. We receive our reports in a timely manner. If our clients have any questions or concerns regarding the report Todd is more than willing to take the time and walk them thru it. Heidi is also great. Scheduling appointments is easy as she is always available to take a call or text. We highly recommend them!

My husband and I recently bought a home that was inspected by CBI and Todd the owner of CBI did the inspection. He wrote a very clean report however we are discovering that there are leaks everywhere. Electric panels are not working, dry rod ,and much more. He didn’t inspect the main water shutoff. We had leak and I called him to find out where the main water shutoff is and he didn’t know. It seems like he didn’t even inspect the property. I asked him can you please come out and show me. Todd’s verbal summary made it sound like everything was fine but that was not what was said in the written report. Despite the things in the report, Todd missed a ridiculous number of items that needed repair or replacement. Electrical problems to numerous to list, he missed rotted wood from water damage, a serious soil erosion problem, cracks in the foundation, a bad HVAC motor, outdoor and bathroom outlets with no GFCI protection, missed a significant termite infestation and obvious evidence of termite repairs, and he tota... read more
