An amazing group of professionals!! From the time I first walked in I was looked after by very capable group of people. From Amanda at the front desk to Raia Chloe and Lisa they worked and helped me regain strength and mobility after my knee surgery!! I would strongly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for or needing Physio Therapy!! Thanks again to the wonderful team at CBI Health Victoria Kitchener!!!
Every single person here is amazing!!! I’ve been receiving treatment here for a few weeks now and I can honestly say this is the best I’ve ever been treated. The staff are incredible and so kind to not only the patients, but to each other as well. It’s very refreshing to see.
I came in for treatments after a car accident, they started giving me pain relief cream and 3 exercises. They were not sure what is going on until I get my Ultrasound done. They required me to get one and it took time, because it took time and they were not sure what exercises to give me (waiting on the ultrasound) they decided that I was careless and did not show up to my appointments even though I discussed it with Kinjal, that there is no point of me coming for an 1.5 hours on the bus for 3 exercises then go home.
