To start with, I hate physiotherapy and kinesiology, as I've had some very bad experiences in the past. All that said, I walked into CBI Health filled with loads of trepidation and not much else. Well, was I pleasantly surprised by what, and who, I found here. My kinesiologist, Dickson, is amazing! He's incredibly knowledgeable about the human body and how to adjust our movements and actions to best promote healing and growth. My Physiotherapist, Yi Zhen, is just about as good. I was referred by my family doctor to this place for vestibular rehab. I was checked and tested by Ben Chan , suggested for 2 visits only and 1 visit a month later or earlier if needed. He is very thorough and patience, for sure very honest in his opinion not taking advantage at all in charging me through my insurance I'm very satisfied with the service from the front office and for sure a big Thank you to Ben !
I highly recommend this place for physiotherapy 1.they do not keep you waiting 2.friendly and professional staff 3.Aamir and Alain have been amazing, its been 6 months and my neck and shoulder pain has greatly reduced
Dickson, Amir, Kofi, Alaine, and Ben were all thorough, progressive, warm, welcoming, professional, adaptive, and result focussed. I suffer from shoulder neck, thoracic, lumbar pain. WSIB for shoulder and they have been able to deliver while considering the holistic approach and considerations of all. I have been to clinic after clinic after clinic for more than 15 years. They work as a team communicating with each other and documenting progress. Professional while being a human being. Bravo.
