I went there for 4 sessions and the receptionist was very rude and made the filling out form procedure very stressful. She frequently rolled her eyes at me and did not seem friendly. I saw Eric and every time I saw him he pressured me for at least 5 minutes each session to put needles in me rather than trying another approach for physio. I did not appreciate his jokes that made fun of me. I would not recommend this clinic. I had a painful Hip and without a gp, I thought I would try physio. Kari spent lots of time with me, listened, tested and most importantly explained everything. My hip is definitely healing. I would, and have, recommended Kari.
The website says they are open til 6:00 but do not answer their phones after 5:00. Why is that please. Also how do we get a surgeon doctor note post surgery???
Great place to have physio! Professional and friendly.
