The new Supervisor in Hamilton mountain priority is the cutting of overtime rather than proving the right person for the right client! She just changes a regular PSW who is a regular client for 3 years without prior notice to the client & to the PSW. This Supervisor is not beneficial for a health organization like CBI if she prioritizes cutting overtime, sacrificing the wellness of their client .
