It was an absolute pleasure having Moe help with my recovery after a fall at work! He is patient, understanding and works wonders! His teaching skills and knowledge have helped recover my back were spectacular! Kayla was fabulous with making sure I was comfortable, kind, and understanding at the back room! After a ruptured quadricep with a difficult recovery, I worked with all the physio professionals at CBI for a year. After that, I had knee replacement surgery and returned due to the excellent care I had received. Like so many others here, I would recommend all of the excellent physiotherapists at CBI. Thomas in particular helped with with tips to change my gait, exercises that were easy to do that helped strengthen me, and contacted my PCP when he had a concern that needed to be looked at by my care provider. I am living in kitchner for last 2 years but i have never seen experience people like in CBI compare to other places . Due to the accident I have referred this clinic by insutance company. The team at CBI Greenbrook are AMAZING. I'm a 50+ professional, moderately active. I messed up my knee - but now I'm doing great! My BFF told me to go here: 'Ask for Thomas'. Clear instructions, genuine care...the Assistants and Admin are all clear and everyone seems to enjoy being helpful. Best Physio experience of my life. Would highly recommend. 5 ⭐
