The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The physiotherapist I met was 30 minutes late and did not even apologize or make reference to the fact he was 30 minutes late. Unfortunately due to location there is very limited parking and as someone in a wheelchair I would not recommend this particular office, if you have mobility concerns.
Staff are truly dedicated to helping you find your best path to health recovery.. I've been coming here 3days a week for a few months while waiting for knee surgery and my therapy team is top notch..
I have a ton of pressures on me in various ways. And the staff at this clinic go all out to make sure I don't get thrown back into a work situation, that I can not do or am not yet ready for physically and mentally they put me first. And my case might even be more difficult for them to handle. My case being my own situation, being past and present injuries, my mental health which seriously employers still do not take into count.
