Why this service is still up and running is beyond me. If you don’t have the staff to run this properly, shut it down. False promises, no shows, cancellations, and changes without notice. Just not worth dealing with.
Phone systems must be broken. No one ever answers the phone you leave a message you never get a call back. I am an employee and I called with an emergency situation, of course I get voice-mail. 3 WEEKS LATER still no call back, had to address the situation myself. Totally unacceptable, clients have the same issue.
