Great staff, knowledgeable physiotherapist, tightly run ship! Well done CBI!
The physiotherapy is amazing but the receptionist is a discriminative glotophobic person. She treated me like I am her inferior and did not understand me few times, strangely. When I asked “do I speak low or unclear?” She looked at me judgmental and said “the accent is very strong, but oh well!” I did NOT ask about the accent but clearly that’s her problem, my accent (glotophobia). Please train her or change her.
The staff is amazing! Honestly the easiest part of being off on WCB. Jasmine at the front desk is so accommodating for your schedule and always greats you with a smile. Thank you Colton, Alpa, and Laura for working with me to get in top shape to go back to work. Strongly suggest this amazing crew for others.
Amazing staff and physio therapists! I go to pool 2 weekly it’s helped so much , and massages and range of motion 3 times weekly. I had a spinal injury and surgery- first time in 3 years I’m actually feeling some sort of relief. THANK YOU !!
