CBI has been the worst Home Care people we have dealt with. First; if you call the office you will not get an answer, phone continually rings. PSW'S were constantly late for visits to my mother. We specifically asked for the PSW to stay for their enter visit time which was 5:00 to 6:00 pm. & my mom was left alone because they left 15 minutes early. My mom needed help with get out of bed & constant help getting her to the washroom as she is very weak. Their next shift was 7:00pm to 9:00pm, always late sometimes showing up a h... read more

Not very reliable, they send lunch person for 1 o’clock and then the dinner person shows up at 2 and when called about sending someone for supper time they say no one can go because they can only send a certain number of PSWs a day so now there is no one to make dinner at dinner time. There are times when the PSW calls to say they will come at a certain time but never show up. Very disappointing service

Just terrible. I was put on hold for over a half an hour. The automated voice asked if I wanted to leave a message and have them returned my call because apparently I was in a queue to be called 3 hours I'm still waiting

Cbi office make end up in the hospital, everyday is something I have to call and deal with them is at note on file with restrictions for the patient and they don’t care , good psw work in there victoria , thege , the others they say they are on the door no one is on the door I have cameras outside and inside of home they do a lot of mistakes and get mad and end up in emergency
