By far the worst personal care provider company I ever had to deal with. They send staff that don't shower with zero training and hygienic knowledge. Everyone just quits after a few months. PSWs are just working here for a PR. The only good PSWs here were Chandni and Kamisha. Rest were disastrous!

This place is being run by clowns. PSWs are constantly absent. In a 7 day workweek they miss 5 days. They don't train their staff properly. Hire people off the street. I can never rely on their service. They need to understand how to run their business. They send new staff with no training. They have no clue how to handle patients.

Because Google doesn’t allow multiple reviews. This is my second review of CBI and specifically PSW Sam who took the initiative to help my mom with her temperamental specialty bed. Very grateful for Sam and her supervisor Jenn for their professional support and care for my bedridden mom. THANK YOU SAM. Frustrated with the lack of communication and care given! Leaving messages no return calls. It's been 2.5 months and we can't get anyone to ensure basic catheter care for our loved one. Connections not being cleaned at bag change, bags no longer being cleaned, solutions not offered for faulty bag connection which caused the mattress to be soaked in urine for the last 2 weeks. Urine soaked bandage (because of faulty connection) left on our loved one. All we want is basic care.
