The service was very unprofessional. Supplies were not ordered for my mother; they simply used whatever supplies were left in the room from the previous occupant. They never ordered the correct supplies needed to follow the doctor's orders while she was there for 4 weeks. They were set up to come twice a week but was not consistent so sometimes my mother went 5 days with no bandage changes. Each time a different person came, sometimes RN, sometimes RPN. I really don't get how they got a five star. They are very unreliable they don't show up on the weekends. They don't bother to call and tell you of changes and they make. Last weekend they did not have anyone to show up till 1:30 in the afternoon to get my mother out of bed!! They don't keep regular person on and it's like new person everyday. We can not count on them to be there when they say so we have missed appointments. I have spoke to the supervisor who assures me she is going to fix it and in the end they don't care! ... read more
