**Unacceptable and Ongoing Neglect from CBI Home Health** CBI Home Health has shown a repeated and inexcusable lack of reliability when it comes to caring for my 90-year-old grandmother. She is supposed to have a PSW visit three evenings per week. Not a single person showed up all last week, and the first visit this week was also a no-show — yet again. I've been in there care now for over 2 weeks and as a PSW in my own life the care and the service I get is the same as I gave wonderful people. The calls and concerns are outstanding.Thank You.

Unfortunately very disappointed with how they manage my health issues and the lack of empathy of some workers. They lack of experience plus communication issues with suppliers it's part of their problem. This clinic have a lot of room for improvement and the patients who goes there deserve a better care in this exhausted health care system.

The office has serious communication issues. They would send people when my reg one had canceled and yet there was a do not send strange people more than once. Always had a different excuse lots excuses no communication. So much work just, trying to deal with them. Really gotta question yourself if the. output of energy is worth what you will get from them. Thisvcompanynisxnotbclient focused. The pswsrrive any time they choose. Not when they are intended. I waste 2 days a week waiting until past noon to have shower assistance. I hsvebto have rverything ready for them, they don't It a finger to help, do yhe absolute minimum possible ifbyou ask for minor help, it's a snit. Though they are incredibly late, they fly ou of thehuose as quickly as possible, it very odd that they are always late, mind you I am aware they don't even start to leave their home until 9 a.m. high maintenanc... read more
