**Read update at bottom - We had three A/C units installed, the very nice crew consulted with us on placement of the interior and exterior units and did a very neat job. Particularly impressed with the exterior units, they put in a lot of extra effort to get these units in a position that put them out of sight and to minimise any noise. ** Problem is one of the units (a Chinese box Gree ) is substandard and while they promised to do a workaround that has not happened and now they are not getting back to me.

Fantastic company that I recommend very highly!!!! Olivia was amazing to deal with and Tom the technician was fantastic. Both of them were extremely knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. Very fast turn around and brilliant communication.

My mothers AC broke down during a spell of hot weather. Parts were not immediately available from the manufacturer. When CBH found out that she was 101 years old they offered her a free replacement AC unit and installed it at no charge.the next day. A completely unexpected and wonderful act of generosity and public spirit that we will never forget. Brilliant service and wonderful people.
