Really poor customer service, can't wait till contract expires. Do not even think about it.
Great Service! – I am very satisfied with the service I am receiving from Cbeyond. Only thing I need is for them to Speak to me using words that I understand, not techno-speak. I am the owner, not an IT person. I had to have our IT consultant act as translator. Other than that...keep up the good work!
Install experience, products, and value are first rate! – So far, all's gone well! Have LOVED working with my representative - she's always ready, willing and able to answer my questions no matter what.
