Great customer service and perfect location, right in the middle of Sydney City. The nice couple who run it have many different sizes of storage units and being able to leave my large suitcase there while I travel around is sooooo convenient. 5 stars CBD Storage.
Great service! Called up to get a quote and the guy that answered recommended us to store our baggage with central station instead, cos it was easier for us that way. Very thoughtful and not money orientated at all!
They deleted my review haha about the manager bed customer service. That's so ridiculous. I think they just want to keep only good reviews haha I hope people know about it. Bed service ever I had from the old lady manager here.
Always a wonderful experience! Used for the past few years and plan on continuing doing so. It's incredibly quick to purchase a storage box for the day and you're able to go back to the storage unit box whenever you need, without needing to call for assistance. The boxes are also shockingly spacious and can fit aroun 3~4 large luggage bags + duffel bags placed on top with no problem. The lady that manages is incredibly sweet, thank you for providing this service. 💞
