They deleted my review haha about the manager bed customer service. That's so ridiculous. I think they just want to keep only good reviews haha I hope people know about it. Bed service ever I had from the old lady manager here.
Always a wonderful experience! Used for the past few years and plan on continuing doing so. It's incredibly quick to purchase a storage box for the day and you're able to go back to the storage unit box whenever you need, without needing to call for assistance. The boxes are also shockingly spacious and can fit aroun 3~4 large luggage bags + duffel bags placed on top with no problem. The lady that manages is incredibly sweet, thank you for providing this service. 💞
Left a bag here while travelling. It’s a great deal for $33/month and wasn’t a bad location for me to get to and go back to. The lady there is literally so nice an sweet. When I left the bag there, they had a scale and let me weigh my stuff (I wanted to check the weight of my stuff before heading to the airport). I went to pick up my bag today and brought a suitcase to repack my stuff and she was kind enough to let me use the space. Highly recommend for a cheap and friendly place in the CBD for storage!
