Left a bag here while travelling. It’s a great deal for $33/month and wasn’t a bad location for me to get to and go back to. The lady there is literally so nice an sweet. When I left the bag there, they had a scale and let me weigh my stuff (I wanted to check the weight of my stuff before heading to the airport). I went to pick up my bag today and brought a suitcase to repack my stuff and she was kind enough to let me use the space. Highly recommend for a cheap and friendly place in the CBD for storage!
I had a frustrating experience with their customer service. I emailed several questions regarding access conditions and received no response for a few days. When I called to follow up, I clearly explained multiple times that I preferred to communicate via email so I could have the details in writing.
