You performed a procedure on me that you deemed necessary but couldnt provide the proper documentation afterwards and the claim was denied. You are literally the definition of a scam. Now that you have the claim denied because you cannot provide documentation needed to perform that procedure, you back me into a corner with collections. Great business model!
