One of the worst companies I have ever worked with (especially the owner Jonathan Reeves). They consistently perform defective work and take no responsibility. I would never recommend anyone go through what I had to go through with them.
We hired CBCI (Crank Brothers) in early 2025 for a deck repair after a leak, and later added a roof and balcony—three projects total. While our main contact, Jonathan Reeves, was responsive at first, the work quickly became extremely unprofessional. The roof was installed incorrectly twice. Independent inspectors and the manufacturer (CertainTeed) confirmed the installation did not meet industry standards and required full replacement.
