I reached out to Chenoa in 2023 so I could prepare and do the right things in to buy a house. Well today was not a good day...at all. This is why: I reached out over a year ago and followed all the recommendations. Well today I was told I still do not qualify for the Chenoa Fund. I submitted tax returns for 2 years and I was told I don't qualify because in order to get down payment assistance, I need not two, but three years of tax returns.
