My experience with this medical center has genuinely been terrible so far. Here's everything they've done to me in just the last month since joining them. They were quite rude when talking over the phone, wouldn't provide basic or generic information about why they are requesting certain tests, they charge $75 to cancel appointments if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, they have been pressuring me with daily phone calls, texts, and emails to set up appointments that are not medically necessary and have even tri... read more
They are great
I have never felt so judged, disrespected and belittled by a doctor as I was by Joshi. I didn't want the 20 minute late 'emergency' video call where I was told my emergency is not HIS emergency. During which my lack of stable housing and my anxiety disorder were critisized and it was insinuated that I am drug abuser because he was unfamiliar with my condition.
