I am currently traveling in Southeast Asia and unlike any other banking institution, I am required to notify them every 30 days as to what country I am in. I notified then 4 days ago that I would be traveling from Vietnam to Cambodia in 2 days...they said no problem it was taken care of....so I arrived in Cambodia and guess what....my debit card does not work.
