Worst apartment experience possible. Kicking families out to renovate and raise rent in a college town. The definition of money hungry business. Do not sign a lease here unless next year you want to be homeless.
If the website would allow me I would rate these apartments 0 stars. The landlords are disrespectful and lazy. My friend who is living there had had many issues, it always seems like one thing after another and the amount of times that they bring it up to management and they did NOTHING! Or rather they didn't do nothing, they just blamed it on the tenants, when they know very well that it is Management issue.
