SLUMLORD. Rented a unit from Chris Bean for 10 months. So many problems with the unit he refused to fix the right way. His solution to everything was caulk. The unit flooded 3 times. He did nothing about it, but blame me. Like I'm the one that's in control of tornadoes and heavy rain. Which lead to MOLD he never removed.
