If you have PTSD I would not recommend coming to this facility and seeing, I think her name was Lynn. After having just one episode where I started to relive all the attacks over the past few years, I reached out to them for help in a panic, thinking they were a safe place. Don't come here. Don't send your kids here. Just don't. One therapist was doing tarot card readings during sessions and then telling my teen about her boyfriend (IN WHAT WOULD IS THAT APPROPRIATE?!?!) and the other therapist for my youngest went on vacation and never scheduled her again. Just stopped responding and scheduling. I left voicemails, of course never heard back from the receptionist, who was abrasive at best. If it wasn't for Scott I don't think that I would be able to function. He made PTSD more manageable. I am truly grateful.
I was unfortunately referred to CBA healthcare and had the pleasure to speak to April, one of the receptionist. Extremely rude on the phone. No introduction or anything. First thing after answering she asked what insurance I had in a manner that felt like she would hang up if I said the wrong thing. Yes, I understand they are booked out.
