Bed frame arrived with missing parts (Order#60261228090). No one answered the customer service number after repeated attempts. Had to settle for text chat and was told we needed to resolve ourselves because there was a mistake between warehouse and the store. It is not the customers responsibility to resolve an issue. Was completely ignored while we walked around, not even a hello at the door.
I had an incredibly frustrating experience with this CB2 store. The store manager showed no effort to assist me, and the designer completely stopped responding to my emails after I made my purchase. When I called the store to book my delivery, the person who answered said they couldn’t access my order in the system and promised their manager would call me back. Awful customer service. Disorganized. Pick up area is garbage. Came to pick up an online order and waited at the curbside pick up for 25 minutes until I finally went into the store. Guy working had zero apologies or anything for having to wait because nobody here answers the phone. Asked for my DINNERWARE in a box when I picked up, came in a single bag that was very heavy and seemed like the bag was going to burst from the 18 dinnerware items that were stuffed into it.
