5 stars are for the helpful staff who were working 'early' during the holiday season. Any store that opens before 11 these days is a rarity. Home furnishings are a personal taste and CB2 has met ours but more important the quality vs. price has been good for both furniture (bed and coffee table) and household items (cocktail glasses).
Store staff is notably unhelpful - almost avoidant of myself and other customers. Lighting in the store is insane - half of the lights are turned off so the environment is unwelcoming on top of its inhabitants. Shelves are messy and unkempt which is nuts considering how slow the store is. With several other furniture stores less than a block from this one - there is 0 reason to patronize this establishment over its neighbors. Sean and Natalie are fantastic! Highly recommend stopping in and asking for either one of them!
Difficult to find parking in the area but the store was good. Eric helped me find the right table even though it was not in the showroom.
