Great selection very affordable
l am a frequent shopper with CB2 and placed an order for a decor item that l received that was very flimsy however l was in the middle of reno and did throw away the packaging but when a friend told me about this store l came in for the first time but left with my item worth $70 because they would not honor a 7 day delay for the return period for an item that they have in their standard decor section forever (so no seasonal item that can’t be resold) l was told they have to stick to their policy. l spent well over 10k on thi... read more
5 stars are for the helpful staff who were working 'early' during the holiday season. Any store that opens before 11 these days is a rarity. Home furnishings are a personal taste and CB2 has met ours but more important the quality vs. price has been good for both furniture (bed and coffee table) and household items (cocktail glasses).
Store staff is notably unhelpful - almost avoidant of myself and other customers. Lighting in the store is insane - half of the lights are turned off so the environment is unwelcoming on top of its inhabitants. Shelves are messy and unkempt which is nuts considering how slow the store is. With several other furniture stores less than a block from this one - there is 0 reason to patronize this establishment over its neighbors.
