CB2 is horrible with product quality and in home delivery. I have waited three months for my three bed frames, and the delivery workers did not finish the assembly and left. CB2 is not taking responsibility for this issue, and not willing to resolve this problem, nor letting me get a refund from the delivery fee. I am not going to purchase any CB2 products anymore. I hope this review will be people who is trying to purchase good quality furniture for your sweet homes.

I worked principally with Vaughn, but also with Eric when Vaughn was out. Both were helpful and efficient. Vaughn in particular had to help sort out some issues with my delivery, and he worked very hard to get everything taken of, even staying late one evening to ensure that all the paperwork was in place. The delivery went off without a hitch thanks to Vaughn. In addition, the guys who actually made the delivery were very good. Vaughn is friendly and a pleasure to work with.
