Went to receive an order that was prepared for a Friday pickup, only to find a sign that said the store closed at 4. Didn’t receive any notification/email of early closure. Extremely disappointed with the store’s lack of communication and wasting my time.
Great store and Customer Service is excellent
We stopped by to check out some new plates and then sat on the couch for a bit. One of the employees, one of the employees, a muscular guy in tight clothes, Spanish-looking guy, came over and told us, “We are going to close in 20 minutes.” We acknowledged it and continued sitting. I am a B2B customer and have been shopping at this store for a couple of years now. I’ve always had a great experience with all the team members there. However, I recently entered the store and encountered a gentleman who had a very rude diva like attitude. I came into exchange a pillow, which was approved by one of the store managers on my previous visit.
