I had a conversation with the manager Selsa and an associate name Rachel and I honestly have never been this disappointed in the LACK of customer service and just plain Rude demeanor. she refused to give me their superiors information to complain. I will definitely find it and explain the attitude of their employees.
the staff is useless, clueless, unhelpful and rude... I wonder what CB2 is thinking? Are they trying to sell furniture? This is a prime location they could at least hire competent folks. I used to love CB2 but since I moved to San Francisco I had to take my business elsewhere.
Rude staff - didn’t want to answer a simple question on where an item was placed in the store. Only one person was nice enough to help - grateful for that! Seemed like the staff didn’t want customers to be there!
A really amazing experience- bought a couch and the store reps and managers ensured that I was 100% satisfied with everything. From choosing to delivery - probably the best experience I’ve had
Literally the rudest staff i have come across. Called to enquire about an item before coming into the store and he was entirely rude and unhelpful. As i thanked him for his help he hung up! Never ever will I shop with this brand.
