This company turned such a hard experience into the best one yet! We bought our home with a brand new roof and unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances needed to immediately replace it. Tanner from CB roofing was prompt, always answered my questions and was always staying in contact with me throughout the whole process. They do excellent work and I have often used them for my Roofing needs and will continue to use them. That being said, communication is poor. It was very hard to get them to follow through such as callbacks when I needed information.
I had a warranty issue that needed my shingle roof to be replaced. The warranty process was relatively simple. I also had them replace my flat roof as well. Overall, great service and great price/process
