I had a warranty issue that needed my shingle roof to be replaced. The warranty process was relatively simple. I also had them replace my flat roof as well. Overall, great service and great price/process
I purchased a home in Dec.2025 which had just had the roof replaced in Sept.2025. When the first real rain storm came thru, there was a river running down the wall inside my garage. CB roofing was the company who replaced the roof. They were professional and understanding during the entire process. They had repair men over promptly to fix the problem and I no longer have a river of rain water flowing when the rain comes . Thank you CB roofing! It’s nice to exchange business with an actual honest and upstanding company.
The company was very prompt with my concerns about the roof replacement.
Do not hire CB Roofing. Roof was not installed up to code. It is now leaking claiming everything they did was done correctly. Today I had two roofing companies give me an estimate and they confirmed there is no flashing which is required for roof to be up to code. Both companies are willing to provide me with pictures and necessary paperwork to confirm roof is not up to code. Staff at CB Roofing are rude and very unprofessional.
