Cole and his team are brining in out of state money, with out of state values. The left and right might not agree on most things in Montana, but there's one thing we do agree on: we don't need rich out of state bros buying property and taking the proceeds back out of state, ignoring the locals, and being jerks about it in the meantime. Do not work with Cole. Do not work with people who don't care about what the locals want.

Because I was buying out of state, I was lied to and quality of the communication was VERY poor (only tell you what I want you to hear).
