Where do I start?! Reading all these terrible reviews I can't believe CB Properties is still in business. If you care about your money, your peace of mind and your sanity then never even consider using this terrible company. They did so many unprofessional, unethical and completely terrible things to me and my family. If you care about having an ethical, professional experience with a property manager then do not use CB Property. In fact, if you are considering using them at all, my advice is to run and run away fast!
Terrible, Horrible, Unethical, Unprofessional!
Very unprofessional! I will never rent from them! My boyfriend and I scheduled an appointment to look at one of their rentals in a different town than where we work or live. We both took off work early because they could only show us during work hours. I drove all the way home to pick up my child from daycare (about 20 miles) and then drove down to the house (about 25 miles).
