CB Pools staff are awesome. Tests are well done and the support for chemical needs for pool always met with great smiles. Super nice new location!!
Switched over to CB Pools for my pool chemical needs about 2 years ago. They’ve been great. I gotta say that for each of those two years the pool has never looked better. In fact, the last two years my pool has come back from the pond green ugliness of spring opening the quickest I’ve ever seen it - like in a few days. Special thanks to Sienna and Megan for keeping our pool looking its best - they’re the best!

This is about the level of customer service, as opposed to the technical service, which I think is similar to most of their competitors. I really try to support local and these guys are right around the corner. I didn't build my pool with them, but it's been serviced by them over 5 years and I've made some significant purchases and certainly many maintenance purchases through the years.
