CB pools completely remodelled our older pool. We had extensive work done from changing all the coping ,enlarging the seating area, removing the old skimmer that had only one return and added 3 new returns for better circulation , they also added new drainage all around the pool. We changed our old 6ft steps to vinyl covered ones that our now 16ft wide and it looks fantastic. We switched to CB Pools this year because we wanted a local pool company to close our pool . After being with the same pool company for the last 15 years, we were a little nervous making the switch. Their customer service is amazing as well as their knowledge and expertise. We had a couple of questions & concerns and they took care of our issue immediately.
5 stars. Located in North Oshawa and we discussed putting in a pool with multiple vendors. CB stood out for a range of reasons. They helped us imagine the perfect pool for our backyard project and executed the project on-time and according to the mutual plan / contract. Still visit them regularly to maintain it. Very highly recommend Chris, Brian and the team at CB.
Don't be fooled by their nice pictures. As soon as something goes wrong, they take forever to respond and over inflate their service fees. There's always a fee when things are under warranty. I'll never recommend cp pools and spa .
