If you are looking for an incredible pool company in Durham that truly takes care of its customers then you need to call CB Pools. Their service has been absolutely exceptional from installing my pump and filter to handling a recent warranty issue. TJ, our installer, is incredible: prompt, professional, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful. He walked me through every step, made sure the entire system was working perfectly and took the time to answer all my questions. We had a new pool liner and lights installed, and we couldn't be happier with the results! The team did an incredible job from start to finish. The new liner looks flawless, fits perfectly, and completely transformed the look of our pool. But the real gamechanger has been the new lights and has totally upgraded our evening swims. The installers were professional, efficient, and left everything clean and tidy. If you're looking to refresh your pool, I highly recommend their services. Exceptional quality and workmanship. this company has been amazing up until now....I have been having problems with my pool liner wrinkling...I have sent several emails both to the office and directly to Brian, with no answer. I have had them take care of my pool since installation so I don't understand this current behavior...I want to give the benefit of the doubt that perhaps something has gone arye, because this is not standard customer service from this group. I have now left a voice mail and am hoping someone willget bask to me.
Unreliable. Reached out and spoke to Chris about putting up our above ground pool. He came to our house to discuss further and see the property and where the pool would go. Advised he would send a quote and we never heard from him again even after following up. Work with companies who value your time!
Great staff and helpful service. Nice clean store and they have a good selection of products.
