These guys could not be better to work with. I show up with an old Cat hose and after diligently researching the part, make an exact duplicate in minutes. The very definition of going above and beyond in customer service, they not only informed me along the way, they demonstrated the way they orient the fittings on the hose by allowing me to watch through a window. If you have Caterpillar hoses to replace, you could not ask for a better experience
