Was told I'll just have to find someone else. Thought it was because maybe they thought I was needing services on the weekend and they couldn't do it, so I asked about scheduling during the week, but then they just stopped replying. And since they didn't specify or give reason as to why I needed "to have someone else do it" I guess they just didn't want to. Very unprofessional.
Had an emergency with the water pump at our rental that was discovered by guests on their first day. Rich got over there right away and had a new pump in by the next day. He went out of his way to get us the best pump possible and his pricing was more than fair. Thanks for the help, Rich!
Rich does top notch work. He’s friendly, reasonable, professional, and easy to deal with. His suggestions show good knowledge of his trade. I’ve had two experiences with him on unrelated issues, and both were handled quickly. He just does good work.
Quick professional service. Friendly. Job well done.
Rich is professional, honest and reliable. He does what he says he will, and shows up on time. I had a plumbing issue for months that no one else could fix. Rich fixed that issue and diagnosed a couple of other problems. I highly recommend this company!
