They kept their word on updating me every Tuesday and Thursday, and I had no issues with communication. Everyone was kind and accommodating. They offered for me to leave the rental there, which is a very convenient service, even though I did not use it. The service person who was handling my car was very communicative and informed of the status of my car, without me having to ask.
