5 Star : My Experience Right after I filed my claim on Monday 8/22, I received a call from Ricky. He asked me to bring my car in on Wednesday 8/24. I brought my car in and received an email from Ricky it would be ready on Friday 9/2. To my surprise I received a call on Friday 8/26 that my car was ready.
