I dropped off my 2025 Equinox EV on Monday, Oct 5 and left it there for more than a week while I was traveling to the east coast. Service Dept informed me that other owners were experiencing similar issues and that a part had been identified as needing to be replaced and was on order. These people are absolutely dishonest con artists and incompetent baffoons! My wife took her Camaro in for service in June for a battery issue. The problem then cascaded in a radio module, a/c module, door control module...at least according to Alfano. They never followed up and gave deliberately dishonest answers when we contacted them. After 5 months, the vehicle was returned to us unrepaired and we were still charged for parts, labor, and a rental vehicle. Unfortunately this has been the worst automotive repair experience I have had. I had an appointment set for Monday 9am to bring my truck in for a p219a code diagnosis. I was quoted over 400 dollars for the diagnostic. Three days later still no answer and now I've been quoted another over 600 dollars for them to continue diagnostics. It is evident that my truck has been sitting in that shop while they work on other vehicles. What is the point in scheduling appointments?
