Our new construction home’s roof leaked during a storm on the evening of May 25, 2026. I reported the roof leak and was referred to the roofing contractor, CB Chandler. I contacted them on May 26, 2026 and was told they couldn’t come out for two weeks but that someone would call to schedule service. We had CB Chandler put on a new roof for us in the late spring of 2022. I would like to note that this was not a good experience for us. (nail pops after install, incorrect installation of flashing, and old nails in gutters). After a few years went by I had a couple encounters with other homeowners who experienced issues with the company. I obtained a roof inspection from two different reputable roofers in the area (2025). Very bad roofing service. Work was delayed without reason. Poor quality materials used. Leaks started after few days. Not recommended at all
I felt very comfortable throughout. This place gets the job done.
