I had to hire Hardesty Roofing and Wall Crafters after CB Chandler Roofing replaced my roof . When you are in my position, you have options- file a complaint with dpor and you have 5 yrs to file in court for reimbursement. Update: I had received a letter from this business threatening legal action for my review. Moving my review from CB Chandler Construction to CB Chandler Roofing because technically, it was CB Chandler Roofing that did the job vs CB Chandler Construction. They did a terrible job on my roof. Ended up leaking at ridge; they refused to fix it. I ended up with significant mold damage. Hardesty roofing had to correct the damage and Wall Crafters fix wall and ceiling. From start to finish CB Chandler Roofing was superb. The call center staff was very friendly and scheduled me very quickly and had a positive attitude. Bryan was the contractor that worked with us and he was very knowledgeable and professional. Bryan even took his time to come out for a second inspection our homeowners warranty required someone to be present for. Throughout the process he was punctual and his communication was prompt. I chose this company because of the affordability and good customer service. And I will still say that this is where they shine. So thanks for that. The company has had to come out three times to fix mistakes made by their roofers. A crappy caulk job around flashing, nails nailed in the wrong spot , and leaving nails from flashing exposed ( not covered with caulk) If I wasn’t diligent about checking behind peoples work these could have caused some problems later on. I had Bryan with CB Chandler come out to take a look at my roof leak. To say he was professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and sincere would be an understatement. All very hard things to come by in today’s world. Will absolutely be using him again for any roofing needs going forward on both my personal home and rental properties. Many thanks.
