Chris was very helpful over the phone to give me advice on how to diagnose my system. When I knew it was over my head, he was there the same day to diagnose the problem and came up with a plan for an extremely fair price. He executed this plan and had my system repaired in the matter of a day. He charged me exactly what he quoted up front and my system has been running perfectly since!
