Pleasant experience. We called, they looked for the part, they had it and we drove about 45 min to get it. Other shops closer were NOT open. It's Saturday. Why aren't these shops open on the weekend when weekend lawn warriors would need their services? Overall great experience and the early fall drive was lovely.

Had a great experience with this company while still DBA as Cazenovia Equipment. I went to trade in my tractor mower (bought roughly one year ago from this very company) for a new zero turn. At two different branches had basically the same experience - asked me for current pictures, hours, serial number etc…only to be completely ghosted. The second salesman literally did not leave his chair the entire duration of the visit even when I suggested that I’d like to be shown some of the options I was interested in.
