Had a great experience with this company while still DBA as Cazenovia Equipment. I went to trade in my tractor mower (bought roughly one year ago from this very company) for a new zero turn. At two different branches had basically the same experience - asked me for current pictures, hours, serial number etc…only to be completely ghosted.
