Never trust these people to do what they say, they will tell you whatever you want to hear just so they can get as much money out of you as possible. Will lie about move out, deposits, repairs, etc. It may seem like they are good people when you meet them, but it’s just an act to get over on you. Property manager is married to owner, and will say “this isn’t me, it’s Tuk,” and then lie straight to your face about whatever he wants cause he thinks you don’t realize they are married. Very nice
We received a 26 day notice that the lease will not be renewed. And they only have a po box. Oh and they dont fix anything except when the ceiling fell. They did fix it. Needed a new fridge for a month. The ceiling still leaks. Good luck future renters
