I have been going to CAZ for about 4 months now as my local CycleBar closed down and I love it! The studio is clean and the instructors really give you a total body workout- Sarah W. and Hanna L. are both amazing. It's a fast paced cardio workout and you also work with weights to sculpt muscle and get a tight core- my definition is back!! Location is the best too and parking easy to find. A+ on ALL levels!!
Love love love this place! I've tried a few other spin locations and this has been my favorite. All the instructors are awesome, studio is so cute, and playlist/lights are always a vibe! No matter which class you sign up for, you are guaranteed a great time!
Charges continued 8 months after my cancellation email I joined Caz Cycling on a 4‑class/month package and was a member for over six months. In January 2025, I sent a formal email canceling my membership. Several days later, Caz replied asking me to confirm I agreed to a $39 cancellation fee. I had the absolute BEST time ever at my first cycling class with Jordy! Her energy is soooo amazing. The entire team was so welcoming and supportive. I felt very comfortable & can’t wait to join again. It was some things that Jordy was celebrating about others during the session that inspired me and motivated me to definitely sign up for future classes. Great classes! My favorite coach is Sara she is super motivating and definitely the hardest cycling instructor. She challenges and pushes you each class! All the instructors and really nice! Would recommend for anyone looking for more advanced cycle classes
