If I could give a zero I would. I had a hysterectomy, which took 3 yrs to convince them to give me, to find that there was cancer on my bladder! If they took it when I asked them to it wouldn't have been so large but they wanted to try EVERYTHING like I was a car. Then I go to urology and have surgery, the nurse doesn't deflat my catheter fully and rips nerves in my urethra. I then have an infection for a month and a half in my urethra. Wonderful place! Conveniently located in the Cayuga Medical Center. Friendly, hospitable staff and easy check-in procedure. My exam went well and I was treated with the utmost respect. I had no problem rescheduling my follow-up appointment very soon. Highly recommended!
