Useless. Not even really a medical office. Just a collection of secretaries and dead-end phone lines. They don't return calls, they don't call in prescriptions, they don't make requested referrals, they do not check their messages, someone is always 'out sick for a few days'. Hold message is the same person saying "Apologies while we switch to our new system...." FOR YEARS NOW. A nightmare. Never go here. Better to die than have these people try to arrange 'care.'

These people will take 15 minutes to tell you why they Can't do something instead ten minutes to figure out How they can do something! The number of times I have heard "... That's because of Centralus Health.." Literally: a GM in a Dr. Office blamed their phone system because the nurses will not, or could not return a phone call within 16 hours. How is being understaffed an excuse for willful ignorance? I would love to know the percentage of people there who can actually Evolve and Adapt to Martin Stallone's exit strategy.

Do not bother going here if you or your kids are actually sick from a tick. I have been on plaque nil for lyme arthritis for over a year & it’s the only thing keeping me walking still since I can’t get long term antibiotic or anti malarial therapy for lyme & babesia & the other co infections I have been diagnosed with. The supposedly head Dr. refused to prescribe plaquenil because I told her I had arthritis from Lyme disease. She actually told me we only prescribe that for arthritis. I said I have arthritis. Used Family Medicine and Dr. Darlow for 25+ year. Never had a problem. I would send a message or make a phone call he (or someone) always got a quick and helpful answer. Have had one appointment with new Dr. and new office and got wrong prescription called in and have spent days messaging on portal (which is useless) and calling (which takes forever) and cannot get it corrected. I’m writing this to spare others a similar experience. I went in for a pre-op appointment and the doctor—flippantly and with a half chuckle—said “we got to make sure you don’t die on the table” as justification for ordering a stress test. Why would he think that’s funny or ok to say? I understand there are risks; it’s not a joke. They also insisted on an EKG even though the surgeon’s office had already done one, but they were unable to find it.
